A year and a half? Let's make some calculations. Hired 2nd of April, 2009 [Link], Fired (which shall bring me to my next point) 18th of April, 2009 [Link]. So your "year and a half of working" has really just been 16 days.
Also, you claim you "resigned" due to lack of people. You were instead fired for:
- Abusing your moderator powers.
- Using them to deal with personal issues.
- Fighting with members.

I'm not going to judge the other sections, which there may be flaws - I believe this is enough. Please voice your opinion, Xander.
And no changing your application.

I believe this is a good enough reason for the TUG administrators to not see you on the moderating team anytime soon.
